Adam Iwan

Graduate of the Zielona Góra University of Technology, Faculty of Fundamental Technical Problems, where he obtained a Master's degree in Engineering. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics: College of Management and Finance, College of Enterprise Science, and College of Management and Finance. Additionally, he completed Management 2009 at the ICAN Institute, Harvard Business School and MBA program conducted by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development.

He began his professional career at a company manufacturing industrial automation equipment and systems. He worked at BUMAR WARYŃSKI S.A. GROUP HOLDING in Warsaw. He has been associated with the energy sector - Polish Power Grids S.A. in Warsaw and then ENEA S.A. in Poznań, Kozienice Power Plant S.A., PGE Polish Energy Group S.A., PGNiG TERMIKA S.A., Energa Logistyka sp. z o.o., Grupa LOTOS S.A., LOTOS Serwis sp. z o.o.. He was appointed President of the Management Board of Akces NCBR sp. z o.o. following a qualification procedure in February 2023.

Outside of his professional activities, he enjoys active recreation and good literature.
