Aniela Hejnowska

Since June 2023, she has held the roles of independent member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Benefit Systems S.A. and member of the Supervisory Board of ML System S.A.and Murapol S.A. Before that, she served as GM of IQVIA. She moved from the role of Chief Operating Officer, a member of the Management Board of Microsoft in Poland. She has over 18 years of experience in managing organisations in the telecommunications and new technologies sector. Aniela specialises in strategic, technological and organisational culture transformations. She was awarded, among others, the title of Businesswoman of the Year 2010 awarded by the Sukces Pisany Szminką Foundation promoting professional and personal development of women. She is actively involved in social initiatives by serving on the Advisory Boards of the Business Women Leaders Foundation and the Cosmos for Girls Foundation. She graduated with honours from Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble.

In addition to her corporate experience, Aniela is an entrepreneur, having co-founded Renters.co.uk, which was bought by EI in 2023.
