Joanna is a Finance professional with 18+ years of experience in FMCG, banking, and consulting, both in local and international markets.

Joanna gained experience in big corporations, working internationally in different business areas (Transportation, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit).  Also, she was working in IT by managing a multi-functional team and working in Agile / Scrum framework as a Product Owner. It enabled her to merge finance with the new technologies, data transformation, and digitalization.

Joanna’s business area of expertise is commercial and business models, both for running businesses and start-ups.

Joanna’s areas of interest are People growth, supporting Women in career development, and Mentoring. Joanna is supporting people through mentoring in multiple organizations, such as Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, Perspektywy, SGH Alumni and CIMA.

She loves to get inspired by talking to people, listening to podcasts, and reading books. Also, she believes that "in a healthy body, healthy mind", so practicing pilates, and yoga.

Personally, she built a patchwork family, having 3 kids, and living in Warsaw for the last 20 years. Originally Joanna came from Ukraine, Kyiv.
