Ewa Skarbowska

I am currently the Director of the Software department in Aptiv, leading Software teams responsible for car diagnostics, ethernet communication, and functional Safety, as well as the delivery department for drivers monitoring cameras. During my career I had the occasion to look at the product from different perspectives: Software Quality, Software project management, and industrialization of the product as a project manager, and finally for 8 years in the various line management positions in the software-embedded world. And still, after all these years, I am looking forward to discovering something new in my daily job.

Privately I am a mum of two teenagers. I am passionate about quantum physics, skiing, and gardening.
