Katarzyna Gaweł, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, journalist and co-host of the Forbes Women podcast. She has MBA in HR management and 15 years of experience in communications. For several years she has been supporting the #EqualVoice of women and men in the media, because she believes media has a huge impact on society's awareness of equality. She is a speaker, discussion moderator and presenter at conferences where she shares her knowledge and experience on diversity, equity and inclusion. Her personal and professional passion is to promote equality between women and men, as she believes that equality starts at home and translates into equality at work. She is also unconscious bias trainer. Mum of two children for whom she wants to change the world.
