I started my professional career as a Konstruktor elektronik at BURY, where I gained valuable experience in the field of electronics. Then I joined Aptiv, where I had held various positions including ECAD Engineer, Expert ECAD Engineer, ECAD Team Leader, Engineering Group Manager, ECAD Department, Engineering Manager ECAD Department, and now I am Department Manager, ECAD and ECAE Departments.

Throughout my career, I had been driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies, and have played a key role in shaping the company's ECAD strategy.

As Department Manager, ECAD and ECAE Departments, I am responsible for managing resources and capital budget for global ECAD and ECAE Team, ensuring successful execution of customer projects and planning the development of skills, providing a vision of the global team development.
