Roberta Diachok

Roberta has spent 3 decades learning the business of Real Estate, Design and Construction focused on real estate and facilities client side, brokerage, architecture, owners project management, and construction as an advocate for Woman in the Workplace, finding herself the only woman at the construction site table. With a 3 ½  yrs tenure at Amazon she is currently the Sr.Mgr ATS Global Engineering services (GES) within the Program Management Office (PMO) within Transportation Engineering Services (TES)m.

She is a member of the Global Women at Amazon Planning Committee, moderating the Woman in Leadership Series and developing video leadership content. Roberta has been a guest speaker for Global DEI 2024 International Woman’s Day events with Dr. Sherd, and Woman raising the Bar IWD event in 2023, and was a presenter at the EMEA Woman’s Leadership Program in 2023, a Circles Mentor, a Document Bar Raiser, and a Facilitator/Trainer.

In early 2024 she became the Global Engineering Services Big Rock DEI Sponsor for the Attract Pillar working towards attracting diversity to Amazon in schools and universities while presenting in Amazon summits on mentoring and career development.
