Managing Partner at Unfold.vc; holds many years of experience in creating business strategies, processes of building effective teams (especially in the technological and creative environment), crisis management, planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Mediator at the Mediation Center in Wrocław and consultant of the diagnostic test dedicated to leaders - L.E.A.D. (over 40 individual and team consultations for leaders/managers at various levels).
Member of Supervisory Boards, and author of individual training programs in the areas of: building an effective team, solving crises, strengthening leadership competencies, and introducing a culture of effective feedback.
From 2010-2014, she served as the President of the Management Board of Lemon Sky, one of the leading digital agencies in Poland.
In 2017-2020, she was associated with the Leonarto Fund as a Managing Partner, and cooperated with companies from the Biotech, FoodSafe, Hightech, HRtech industries, mainly in the field of building and implementing marketing processes, investor relations, and building sales models.
In July 2021, she joined the Unfold.vc team as a Managing Partner.
