Pilar Trucios

Pilar Trucios is a specialist in Digital Business and Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Communication, and Personal Branding.
She is a journalist from Universidad Complutense de Madrid with an MBA from IESE Business School and international studies from Stanford, Columbia, Michigan, IESE New York, and CEIBS (China).
As an entrepreneur, she created her own Brand, Communication and Crisis management firm. She also was a partner at The Valley Digital Business School and sold her stake in the startup five years later.
Currently, she is the Co-founder of Experience Ahead, an online training platform that offers career development and mentoring programs.
Since 2013, she has been an investor and business angel. She has invested in 20 startups and completed 4 exits. She is the Co-founder of WA4STEAM, a network of 180 women business angels who invest in technology projects led by women entrepreneurs.
Before her digital, entrepreneurial, and investment roles, she worked as an executive for 17 years in major Spanish communication groups.
She has written hundreds of publications as a journalist, two case studies with IESE Business School, and co-authored several books.
