Kinga Blaut

At Visa, Kinga Blaut has been responsible for finance and strategy in 8 CEE markets (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary) for nearly 7 years. She leads the work of the team responsible for setting and achieving financial goals and supporting the creation of offers for customers. From the very beginning, she has been involved in the creation of the Cashless Poland Foundation program, as well as similar initiatives in other markets in the region, such as Česko platí kartou in the Czech Republic and Slovensko platí kartou in Slovakia. She actively supports Visa's efforts to educate women financially and encourage them to become entrepreneurs by starting or growing their own businesses.

She has been involved in finance for more than 15 years, and since 2017 she has been working at Visa, representing the Polish branch of the company. She is also a mentor of a program developing innovative payment technologies organised by one of the largest banks operating in Poland.

Graduated in Economics and Management from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France.
