I'm a psychologist by education but at heart a salesman (cross-section of positions from salesman, trough KAM on the European market to sales director). For last 12 year I'm happy to manage purely women team of Customer Service. Commercial Director, member of the local OPCO. Nearly 25 years of career development from small family businesses to international corporations and positions in central structures. In my work, I focus on people and relationships with them, although i strongly believe in the magic of numbers and Excel and the support of IT systems. I achieve goals and skilfully set them for others, helping to achieve them. For last 15 years I'm associated with the flexible packaging industry with Mondi a global producer of a wide range of packaging. Here I went through (again) the path from a salesman to a sales director.
