Monika as the Distribution Lead for Poland in the Device Partner Sales Team at Microsoft works on various business updates, planning, and sales initiatives. She focuses on distribution and partner management, with over 15 years of experience in driving sales and building strong partner ecosystems. She aims to grow the small and mid-market segment at Microsoft and aligns her strategies with the company’s vision to empower everyone and every organization on the planet to achieve more. She uses her account management and customer relations skills to create and support a large network of resellers, contributing to our shared success. Before joining Microsoft, she worked at Dell Technologies for 12+ years, managing a Retail and Distributor portfolio and collaborating on marketing and incentive campaigns. Monika has a degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw.
