Daniel Szary

Daniel Szary is managing the Research Center at Hitachi Energy. He has over 16 years of experience in various scientific and management roles in R&D.

Daniel graduated from Silesian University of Technology and started his professional career as scientist supporting product development of high voltage equipment.

Over the years he became a coach for engineers entering the world of simulation-assisted technology development, ultimately taking leadership responsibility for various scientific teams.

In his current role he runs an organizational unit that is responsible for creation of disruptive innovation in energy sector.

Since 2016 he is also an IEEE member and currently, he is a board member of Polish Section IEEE Dieletrics and Electrical Insulation chapter.
