Karolina Guzek

Since 2017, she has been involved in the development of FabLabs in Poland, designing and coordinating innovative social projects in the field of STEAM education, tailoring them to the needs of various beneficiaries, including marginalized groups. She leads one of the most active FabLabs in Poland. She holds a master's degree in law (spec. environmental protection and human rights) and has a background in design and digital fabrication. She specializes in social projects in NGOs. She consults organizations on development and strategic goal setting. Equality and women’s rights advocate. For many years she has coordinated digital fabrication educational programs e.g. Maker Woman program, which over the years helped over 2000 women in Poland. She creates an inclusive work environment for women, for which her organization was awarded the title of Pro-Woman Employer of the Year 2023.
