Sylwia Kostka

Professional manager specialising in strategic planning with over 15 years of experience in international cooperation. Chief Programme Coordinator for the QuantERA Programme (www.quantera.eu), the world’s largest network of Research Funding Organisations in Quantum Technologies, spanning 31 countries and co-funded by the European Commission. Alongside this role, Sylwia actively contributes to the development of strategic multilateral cooperation programmes at the National Science Centre, Poland.

Prior to her engagement in R&D, Sylwia managed international cooperation initiatives across the Middle East, Eastern Africa, and the Caucasus region. She holds an Executive MBA from the Cracow University of Technology, an MA in European Studies from the Jagiellonian University, and an MA in Development Cooperation Policy and Management from the SWPS University. Her primary areas of interest include R&D public policies, widening participation, and enhancing the effectiveness of international projects.
