Paulina is an accomplished professional with nearly 8 years of expertise in License Management, Software Asset Management, and Vendor Management. Her journey at Heineken began in 2021 as a Global IT Asset and License Specialist, and she has since risen to the role of Contract and License Lead in Software Asset Management.

In her current position, Paulina is dedicated to helping the organization to establish robust SAM policies and procedures. She collaborates with various teams to implement & maintain cutting-edge tooling that ensures control and compliance with all software solutions. By optimizing IT costs and streamlining decision-making processes, Paulina empowers the organization to thrive in the ever-evolving software landscape.

Beyond her professional life, Paulina is a devoted mother of two boys and the proud owner of two cats. In her free time, she channels her energy into long-distance running and enjoys playing board games.
