Ela Wyraz

I'm a leader, social activist, engineer and passionate about new technologies and innovation.
I'm currently working in Data&AI at Orange responsible for, among other things, identifying the potential and implementing GenAI in the organization and developing my company in this area.
At the same time, I have been co-creating the innovation environment in Poland for 10 years now as part of Innovative Poland, heading a project on internationalization of the innovation ecosystem in Poland or co-founding Deep Tech Summit.
Combining my passion for technology and the need to support women for more than 3 at Perspektywy, I co-founded, among others, the startup program for women Shesnnovation Academy and Summit.
Out of my love for ecology at Play Sustain, as a member of the Foundation's Program Council, I'm responsible for establishing the postgraduate program and Play Sustain Summit.
For 7 years I realized myself as a scientist at the Cracow University of Technology and was actively involved in the academic community, among others as VP of the National Representation of Doctoral Students, member of the Board of the PK Alumni Association.
