Katarzyna Pawłowicz

She has worked at Visa since March 2020 and is responsible for developing and offering products to the Polish market. She cooperates with card issuers on implementation of innovative digital solutions and new offerings that enhance customer experiences.

She has gained a deep industry knowledge from many years of working in the banking and card industry. She has been working, among others, at Citi Bank Handlowy, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Kredyt Bank and PKO Bank Polski. As part of her professional experience, she has led card operations and management, created customer-centric offerings, and managed complex projects. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in ESG from Kozminski University.
