Agnieszka Wojtysiak

Agnieszka is a Technology Manager and Head of the Grid Integration Group in Krakow, with 17 years of experience in R&D. She specializes in project and people management. Most of her career was spent in the aviation industry, where she led projects and managed a department for over 11 years. Prior to that, she led projects involving injection molding parts for approximately 4 years, primarily for the automotive industry. Currently, she is managing and building a strong Grid Integration Group at Hitachi Energy in Krakow.

Throughout her years in the R&D sector, Agnieszka has acquired skills in team management, project management, operational management, and budget management.

Outside of work, Agnieszka has successfully managed the project of creating a curling venue in Krakow. She led the PR and Marketing department at the Krakow Curling Club for over 2 years and is a member of the Polish Curling Federation Management. Her women’s curling team took 1st place in the Polish 1st Women's Curling League in 2023, earning promotion to the Polish Extra League.

Agnieszka is focused on people management, collaboration with the scientific community, and sustainable growth in the technology sector.
