I am 16 years in GSK. My current role is in R&D Tech and I am accountable for R&D Business managed applications migration to the cloud or stay on premises after leaving core Data Centers.

I am the Women’s Leadership Initiative Lead (WLI Poland) and support women and men in personal and business development. We are the biggest Employee Resource Group (ERG) in GSK Poland and 5^th biggest in GSK Global (out of 70).

I am co-lead of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) department driving culture within the organisation.
My passion is sport, development, 80’s (fashion, music).
