Monika has overall 18 years’ experience in various roles within SSC/BPO sector.

In her current role -Chief Administrative Officer, GSC Head Deputy -she is responsible for facilitating & supporting senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy.

She is overseeing an execution of business projects & initiatives in support of business area aims.

Monika also drive Diversity&Inclusion agenda within GSC Poland and sponsor Nurture ERG.
