My name is Jola, and I have 8 years of experience in IT recruitment. During this time, I’ve had numerous opportunities to assist women in changing their career paths. Working in a multinational environment has broadened my perspective on the importance of inclusiveness and diversity.

Beyond my day-to-day role as a Senior IT Recruiter, I am HR Mentor in the Dare IT program, where I support women in navigating and advancing their careers in the IT industry.

I had the opportunity to be a part of a Mamopracuj Webinar dedicated to moms looking to change careers and enter the IT world.

Additionally, I'm actively involved in mentoring students, providing guidance on resumes, and conducting mock interviews.

Currently, I'm furthering my expertise through postgraduate studies in Career Counseling, aiming to better support others in their career journeys.
