Joanna Adamczak

Joanna is the IT Head for Poland and the Baltic States. She manages a diverse team of IT professionals who, working directly with business stakeholders, implement robust and effective IT solutions in the Consumer, Commercial and Data areas, supporting the achievement of the organization’s overall business objectives.

Joanna's professional path spans over 12 years of experience in IT, in various areas and positions, which was preceded by several years of developing competences in the Sales and Supply Chain departments. Her expertise in IT covers the following areas: B2B, B2C, Data, Customer Services, Supply Chain and the Factory, and managing experts in project management, service management, data platforms, cloud-based solutions, application security, IT vendors management, IT governance processes.

 Joanna’s priority and passion, both as a manager and a mentor in her company, is to support people in building a conscious career path, coupled with the development of their competences and knowledge.
