Barbara Ilardo

Drawing on my experience as a population geneticist, fullstack developer, graphic designer and neurodivergent person, I promote social and professional inclusion of neurodivergent folks. I raise awareness via platforms like Instagram and YouTube (@ADHDologia), as well as through podcasts and live events such as the Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2024 in Roche Warsaw and the ADHD Gathering in Milan 2023. My mission is to make scientific knowledge accessible to all by translating it into practices and resources that embrace neurodiversity, advocate for equity and foster cognitive, emotional and physical wellbeing.
