Leading two IT Departments in one of the Scandinavian Banks with the main focus on my employees, end user experience, high quality of delivery and improvements. My main goal is to create a place where people feel safe, empowered and motivated to grow, not only within my areas, but within the whole company. I am full of optimism and trust in people.
