Grażyna Jędryka

Grażyna has gained professional experience in international organizations, including IT corporations and fintech/startups. She was responsible, among other things, for business development and sales in European markets and for supporting expansion into the UK and US.

A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and business and leadership programs at the London Business School, INSEAD, the University of Warsaw, and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.

Since 2019, Grażyna has been cooperating with SGH and Vital Voices as a mentor, supporting students and female leaders in their careers and personal development. Since 2023, she has served as a mentor in the Network of Women Entrepreneurs in the startup acceleration program ‘Start in Park’. Since 2024, Grażyna has been a mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation and Women in AI Ireland.

Grażyna completed the Mentor Foundation program at the School of Business Mentors. Additionally, she holds certificates in Business & Life Coaching and Mentoring for developing leadership competencies. Grażyna is fluent in English and Spanish at a professional level.

Grażyna also conducts mentoring and coaching sessions for individuals.
