Marcin Myśliwczyk is a Country Manager of auticon Poland, an IT consulting company that for the last 15 years has been improving the quality of life of people on the autism spectrum through employment. auticon is currently the largest autistic-majority employer in the world.
Throughout his career, Marcin has been professionally involved in developing competencies in the digital world. He spent most of his career developing digital transformation projects in the areas of education and competencies of the future. Marcin joined auticon in June 2023, where he was responsible for designing digital competence development programs for underprivileged groups in the Middle East and Africa regions.
