Approaching 15 years of experience in IT corporate world from rags to a leader. Serving team of Expert Consultants in their quest to transform our organization in to Customer focused, aligned with strategic goals and compliant.  Teaches as much as learns from other as Design Thinking coach for innovative and complex initiatives both in ING Hubs Poland and for cross-country teams. With “Customer at Heart” she supports all 4 Hubs location in implementing effective Service Experience measurements. So that’s the fun part. She is also a sourcing policy champion supporting teams providing services to more than 20 countries.

Beyond day-to-day she is supporting LGBTQIA+ network and member of its community with openness, curiosity and celebration.
