Background: I am a detail oriented person who is able to build and maintain relationships. I am effective in coordination of work with strong verbal and written communication skills. I am a solution finder and a problem solver. I have structured, organized and methodical planning skills. I am focused on details & accuracy and I can see the whole project but I did not discover my passion for project management early in my career. Graduating with a PhD degree in Literary Studies, MA in English Philology and MA in Russian Philology with English, I initially worked as a journalist, a teacher, an AML Analyst and a Business Analyst, where I gained invaluable work experience. Intrigued by Agile methodologies, I transitioned into a Scrum Master role in my organization, finding her niche in facilitating teamwork and streamlining processes.
