Ewelina Danowska

Ewelina Danowska leads the International Learning Services team at Ericsson. Ericsson is based in 180 countries and provides solutions and services to a diverse set of mobile operators.

With over 15 years of experience in competency management in the telecommunications sector Ewelina unites the world of education, digitization, and business. Her daily activities include sales and management of some of the largest IT training projects in Europe and Latin America. This is achieved by constantly evolving training methods to best support the changing market demand for 5G technology and introduce new solutions such as Mixed Reality.

In 2020 she was awarded as one of the "Top 15 Women in 5G" in Poland for the fight against disinformation and lack of knowledge about 5G technology.

Ewelina is passionate about new technologies and social innovations – her current area of interest is the propagation of mixed reality as teaching methods. She is introducing a pioneering "Learning in VR for telecommunication" project to the global market and is part of the Metaverse Committee for Poland.
