Jadwiga Czarnecka

I am a passionate and creative person with over ten years of experience in 3M. I started my career as an intern in the R&D department in aerospace division, and then moved to the product stewardship area, where I was responsible for ensuring the compliance of our products throughout their life cycle. I also had the opportunity to establish several processes, take part in product stewardship projects, and lead multinational teams, developing my leadership and communication skills. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and dreams.
