Aleksandra Sylwester-Kanofocka

From 17 years leading interdisciplinary projects for clients from the private as well as the public sector. I graduated from the Humbold University in Berlin with a M.Sc. degree in Integrated Natural Resource Management. For more than 4 years I led sustainable development and environmental protection related projects for European Commission and the Polish Ministry of the Environment. From 2011 I’m leading complex projects and programs for international IT companies like IBM and Kyndryl related to infrastructure refresh, virtualization, automation, security, data and application migrations. From almost 2 years I’m managing a portfolio of projects in Kyndryl. In recent year I have been recognized by Kyndryl Global Project Management profession for extraordinary project management and for passing as 12 th person in Poland the global PMI exam -Program Management Professional (PgMP).

Outside of work, I'm passionate about outdoor activities, with one of my greatest achievements being the summiting of Kala Patar in the Himalayas, which not only shaped my character but also me as a person.
