Prarthana Jakoniak

Prarthana has held various senior leadership positions across various countries, regions  and lead a mix of cross location and cultural teams, and having worked in places like London, Singapore, Amsterdam, New Delhi alongside Warsaw. This has given her a unique skillset and perspective to lead diverse team, develop high performing team  and navigate complex world of  stakeholder management in increasing complex organisations. 

Prarthana.is really committed and passionate about developing individuals, teams and helping them reach their potential through mentoring and coaching. AS a mentor she is happy to contribute and talk through challenges and opportunities faced by women in developing their career.

Prarthana is particularly interested in ESG – Environmental , Social and Governance reporting as she is leading the ESG & Statistical reporting for Nordea.

In my private life I am mom with 2 kids and a dog and I love the fact that motherhood inspires me to achieve more in my career rather than holding me back. I love reading , going to gym and trying to find free time to do more stuff.
