Magdalena Lewandowska

Magda is an experienced Project Manager working for Nordea. Her total experience in IT is 8 years during which she spent 6 years running different Projects in Banking Area.

On her second year of Computer Science studies, she joined BNP Bank as a Junior Project Manager.

Up till then, she had no prior experience in IT nor in Project Management but she was asked to run several Infrastructure Projects in BNP Bank based on her personality traits.

This shows how much soft and not technical skills decide of success in this position.

In her opinion, the “we can do it” personality, “lets find a solution” approach and good relationship with experts -> Project Members is crucial for successful delivery of Project Objectives.

She loves dogs, owns a Samoyed and lives in a dog crazy neighbourhood in Warsaw.
