I am the IT Recruitment Team Lead at InPost and a dedicated professional with eight years of experience in the HR industry. As a working mother of three and a happy wife, I balance my personal and professional life with passion and enthusiasm. I am an avid volleyball fan and, above all, a passionate advocate for an exceptional Candidate Experience. My career began in a recruitment agency, where I spent six years specializing in IT roles across various industries, including telecom, fintech, energy, automotive, and pharma. Since January 2023, I have been a proud member of #TeamInPost, where I lead a dynamic recruitment team dedicated to attracting top talent for our cutting-edge technology teams.

In my role, I work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Coordinators to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment process. The most exciting aspect of my job is interacting with candidates. They provide me with a wealth of knowledge and fresh perspectives daily, making them the most valuable source of insights in my work.
