Milena Kurpiewska

Milena Kurpiewska is a respected team leader, project manager, and mentor with 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and strategic consulting.

She holds master’s in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to multiple technology projects, from implementations at MicroStrategy to strategic consulting at BCG Platinion. She worked in Europe, North America, and Asia for clients such as Facebook, PKO BP, PG, and Zalando.

As a data science & AI competency centre manager at Lingaro, she oversees the delivery of applications that automate, optimize, and improve clients’ day-to-day supply chain workflows, primarily in the FMCG industry.

Her biggest source of professional inspiration is helping people realize their potential and empowering their growth. She materializes it at her job, where she tripled team’s size to 20 members located around the world. She takes part in multiple initiatives supporting people in their careers, putting emphasis on women mentoring.
