Justyna Karaś

Justyna serves as the Engineering Manager for ERP at Volvo Car Tech Hub Poland. She brings 20 years of extensive experience across a diverse array of sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, finance, and consulting, with a deep expertise in SAP systems.

Her global perspective is enriched by her proficiency in managing SAP, IT and digital transformation programs that encompass resources across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This experience enables her to effectively align technological strategies with evolving business requirements.

Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Techniques in Chemical Engineering and Technology, alongside EMBA. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Software Engineering and e-Business Applications, Logistics Systems in Enterprises, and Data Science. She is as well certified Master Black Belt.

Privately, Justyna is a mother of two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys family activities, traveling, and cooking, embracing a well-rounded and fulfilling personal life.
