Katarzyna Chęckiewicz is a graduate of the , the Warsaw University of Technology,  the MBA in Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She has experience as a Coordinator of COPC® – Global Contact Center Excellence.

Over twenty  years of experience in working as a manager for telecom operations. Responsible for implementation of very complex customer service and  sales  processes and operations for all type of telecom services. Successful in building management teams, improving operational models and qualitative effectiveness. High competencies in the area of budget management in terms of operational cost optimization and revenue generating. A wide experience in nonstandard solution implementation for contact channel mix (all customer touch points) as well as quality and productivity optimization for key cross-organizational projects management and expertise.
