I have been working in the research field (including marketing/market research) for 8 years. So far, I have worked for a research agency and for Business: Totalizator Sportowy (LOTTO), Medicover and CCC. In the area of UX research, I worked with mobile and desktop solutions, as well as those at the junction of the online and offline worlds. I believe in research-based projects that guarantee mutual benefits for both users and the Business. At work, I like to include a broader perspective: customer/human experience.
