Katarzyna Dzwonek

She has over 13 years of experience in IT projects conducted, among others, for companies in the telecommunications and insurance industries. She co-created products and services that are used by millions of users today. In the course of project implementation, she focuses on communication and breaking down silos between development teams and the business area. A fan of a holistic Agile approach, which she practices both in her professional and private life, adapting to changes in the chaotic reality around us. Her mathematical education goes hand in hand with a passion for User-Centered Design, good food, and Swedish crime novels. She willingly shares knowledge extending beyond the IT area, promoting a product-oriented approach to service design within psychodietetics classes at the University of Łódź.
