Magda Kołba-Górna

Anthropology graduate with over ten years experience in managing research projects and conducting research in various business environments. Over the years I was focused on studying and designing experiences of employees in different companies’ setups – and later in one of the biggest banks in Poland. Currently I’m actively supporting the development of Polish e-government solutions as a UX Research Team Manager. With experience in Design Research, Employee Experience and Service Design I am an expert in empathetic management and diversity in both research and work environment.
