Ulyana Selitskaya

My name is Ulyana Selitskaya. Born in Minsk, Belarus, I currently hold the position of Lead People Advocate at N-able Portugal Unipessoal Lda, overseeing  three countries: Belarus, Poland  and Portugal. A proud graduate of Belarussian State University and Belarussian State Economics University, I was inspired to pursue a career in Human Resources. I started as HR Specialist in an international company and got extensive experience in recruitment, talent management and development and in three years, I was fortunate to join Mondelez International as an HR Business Partner. In this role, I was responsible for employee lifecycle processes like recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, C&B, development, succession planning, employer branding, and coaching & mentoring. In 2016, I switched to the IT industry, working with companies like IGG, EPAM. In 2018, I joined N-able Technologies in Belarus as a Senior HRBP and moved to Portugal in 2023. I am still #N-joyingthejourney with N-able.
