Senior Director at Capgemini Poland responsible for all aspects of delivery and maintaining client relationships  with main focus recently on clients in banking sector.With more than 24 years of professional experience in program and project management gained mainly in various sectors :  consulting - big4 company, IT and finance institutions, still focus on development (monitor the trends)  and love to share her best practices with others. Managing a team of over 200. She focuses to keep expected level of delivery performance and in parallel on developing and leveraging her team skills and competences. 

In addition, she leads internally Women in Delivery community with key attention to support and encourage Ladies in Capgemini to plan and execute their development paths. 

Was recognized as Strong Women in IT in 2023 - global edition. As a trainer with 2 co-trainers  plan to share two important  aspects  in our  daily business and personal connections : 1) building connections/ relationships  2) culture awareness.
