Alicja Guzy

Alicja is a lawyer at EY Law, advising on privacy and data protection, with particular focus on managing data within new technological spheres like cloud computing and AI. She's an alumna of the postgraduate studies “Law in Business of New Technologies” on Łazarski University.

For over 9 years she has been supporting the clients from diverse industries by offering legal advice on new regulations and ways to ensure compliance with them. Her experience encompasses a unique blend of external legal practice and in-house counsel roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the client perspective. She is an author of many publications on data protection law and new digital regulations (i.a. EU’s Digital Decade). On a personal note, Alicja is passionate about sports and stays active with skiing and squash.
