Paweł Góra

Founder and CEO of Fundacja Quantum AI, which supports education and research in new technologies, especially AI and quantum technologies. Researcher at the University of Warsaw. Founder and leader of the TensorCell research group, which deals with the optimization of complex processes, and creator of the Traffic Simulation Framework program for traffic simulation and analysis. His work has been widely cited and awarded, including "LIDER ITS" awards for the best research and development work in Poland in the field of intelligent transportation systems, "Doctorates for Mazovia", "Modern University". In 2017, he was recognized among the "Top 10 Polish Talents" in the "MIT Innovator Under 35" competition and included in the "New Europe 100" list of 100 outstanding innovators in Eastern Europe. Chairperson at QWorld, coordinator of its local QCousin in Poland - QPoland. He was Poland's representative in the management committee of the COST WISE-ACT action on large-scale impact studies of autonomous and communicating vehicles, a member of the Digitization Council for the 2019-2021 term, and contributed to the Polish policy for the development of AI and the Internet of Things.
