I am an HR specialist with over 17 years of experience in this field. My key competencies are related to recruitment, onboarding, personal files administration, offboarding, conducting workshops, training, and public speaking. As an HR expert, I am happy and satisfied with creating a comfortable place to work for the employees.

For many years I have been supporting canadidates and employees in the effective process of searching for a job, changing a career path and an individual development in the organization.

I gained my experience in a work agency, Shared Service Center and in the IT companies recruiting employees at all levels. I carried out educational project promoting specific professional positions at universities, high schools and job fairs.

I am focused on relationships with people. Positive energy, influence on others and empathy allow me to effectively and enthusiastically initiate and implement a wide range of HR projects.
