Weronika is currently employed as a Data and Reporting Specialist at CERN, the European Organization for Particle Physics in Geneva. She works in a dedicated team focused on processing and visualizing business, procurement, and recruitment data. Prior to assuming this role, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Following her studies, she gained practical experience as a Data Engineer at T-mobile in Warsaw. She is an alumni of the 6th edition of the "New Technologies for Women" program and the "IT for SHE" program organized by Perspektywy.
A strong enthusiast of self-growth, Weronika actively engages in mentoring and coaching. Through her volunteer work with Women In Technology initiatives, such as organizing a Mentoring Program at CERN, she aims to empower young professionals in their careers.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she prioritizes striking a balance between a successful career and a fulfilling personal and mental life. Living near the Swiss Alps, she is passionate about activities such as hiking, and winter sports as well as travelling. Moreover, she is enthusiastic about dancing Latino dances like Bachata and Salsa.
