Katarzyna Słowiak

Katarzyna Słowiak is an experienced change management professional. During 20+ years of her career in IT and banking industry, she has delivered complex transformation programs and IT solutions both globally as well as for individual markets, bringing business and technology teams together.

Since 2012 she works for HSBC where currently, as Delivery Head, she leads Investment Banking and Client Services IT teams and is responsible for delivery of innovative global solutions supporting client and products journeys.

She loves working with different cultures, interesting people and complex projects. Curiously looking forward to see how the  future of IT will look like.
