Joanna Jędrzejczyk-Orlik

I work as a leader of Project Management Team responsible for Cisco implementations and delivery in Germany and Central Europe. In my work I am passionate about creating inclusive and well-functioning teams, where everyone can realize their potential and achieve business goals in projects, programs and organizations. My mission is to set people for success and foster quality in the customer delivery. I combine critical thinking and empathy to connect people, cultures and organizations. 

In my previous role as a Services Manager, I was accountable for business growth and delivery for our customers in Europe, leading cross-organizational teams. Prior to that, I served as Project Manager implementing Cisco solutions, traveling across Europe and working with customers in Italy, Israel, UK and Germany. Before Cisco I worked for PwC, a dream job for a Graduate in International Business. I moved to IT to learn Project Management in a future-proof industry.

Privately I am married, mother to 2 daughters. I am a concerned environmentalist, a yoga adept and sustainable traveler. I recharge through contact with nature, art and travels.
