Ajitha is a Junior Data Analyst at ESOMAR, enhancing the Intelligence Unit's report and publication production. She develops new publications and initiatives that unify Insights professionals, from Market Researchers to Data Analysts, increasing ESOMAR's value to its members.

She manages projects from start to finish, including collaborating with experts on publication outlines, engaging stakeholders, leading data collection, managing data analysis, and directing report development and launches. Ajitha has contributed to ESOMAR's Global Prices Study, detailing median market research project costs globally, and the Global Data Analytics report, assessing the status of Data Analytics firms worldwide.

Originally from India, Ajitha earned an Integrated Master's in General Economics before joining Cognizant Technological Services, where she specialized in SQL and GCP Big Query, and became a certified Google Cloud Platform - Data Engineer.
